Our terms are simple, straightforward, and readable. We want you to feel secure and enjoy creating clean, stunning mockup assets for all your projects.
1. Acceptable Use
Mockupio is a browser-first design and layout studio. You may use it for personal portfolios, product launches, client presentations, social campaigns, documentation, and commercial landing pages. You agree not to use the service to create harmful, misleading, infringing, or deceptive materials.
2. Absolute No Warranties
Mockupio uses browser features for local rendering and export. We work to keep the experience reliable, but we cannot guarantee identical output across every browser, operating system, image type, device, or historical runtime. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. Limitation of Liability
Because the default editor does not store your project state in a remote database, you are responsible for exporting finished work before closing or refreshing the page. We are not liable for lost browser sessions, corrupted source images, failed downloads, or local device issues.
4. Product Adjustments
We may update interface defaults, presets, export behavior, device frames, or supported formats to improve the product. Existing exported files remain yours, but future sessions may use updated controls or visual defaults.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing exported mockups before publishing them and for making sure you have rights to use any screenshots, logos, product names, or third-party visuals included in your work.
